Five acts we can't wait to see in 2024

Looking ahead to another busy year of club nights, concerts, warehouse parties, festivals and more, we've picked out a handful of acts we're super excited to see perform over the next few months.

From DJs who took things to another level in 2023, to artists with big album releases hitting the road, and music legends celebrating career milestones with festival headline appearances, here's who we think you should definitely check out across 2024.

HoneyLuv

One of the fastest-rising stars in house music, 2023 saw HoneyLuv go from 'ones to watch' lists at the beginning of the year, to featuring at some of the world's most famous electronic music events by the end of it.

That trend seems to be continuing, with the DJ and producer playing at new Bristol venue DOCUMENT in February alongside Hot Since 82, Pete Tong and Sarah Storey as part of the city's flagship event series In:Motion.

4am Kru

Bursting onto the scene over the past couple of years, 4am Kru are making fans across the globe with their raucous, high-energy sets which hark back to the halcyon days of early rave and jungle in the mid-nineties.

Look out for them on lineups across the year. They've already got sets lined up at 10 Years of Rumble In The Jungle in Bristol on 26th January, HIT & RUN in Manchester on 27th January, and Dazed at The Vaults in Cardiff on 3rd February.

Chaka Khan

The true musical icon and 'Queen of Funk' is celebrating an incredible 50 years in music, stopping off in the UK this summer for a string of shows. The first of which sees her headlining The Cambridge Club Festival (alongside Jessie Ware and the Earth, Wind & Fire Experience). A chance to see a genuine legend, five decades into a glittering career and still going strong.

Badger

One of 2023's biggest underground success stories, Badger's playful edits and bonkers, nostalgia-heavy sets have made him hugely popular across the festival summer and beyond; from drawing one of Boomtown's biggest crowds to joining Venga Boys on stage at El Dorado to play his viral refix. Catch him at District Cardiff on 2 February, and across the UK throughout 2024.

CASISDEAD

The masked and mysterious master of mayhem dropped his long-awaited debut album Famous Last Words in late October 2023, and now he's taking the show on the road for a rare tour. Fans will need to act fast though, a bunch of shows have already sold out (including this one at Brickworks in Nottingham, but you can join the waiting list just in case). Look out for him on festival lineups!
