Our latest update to Insights gives you a new dimension of data: geographic location. You can now see where your customers are in the world, based on when they bought a ticket.

Why it matters

This isn’t just another data point; it’s a powerful tool for understanding your audience and shaping how you grow.

Whether you're running a local club night, multi-day festival, visitor attraction or something else altogether, knowing where your buyers are coming from can help you:

What you’ll see

Head into Insights and you’ll now find:

  • Interactive maps showing buyer locations (at the time of purchase)
  • Breakdowns by country, region and sub-region

It’s all built to help you make smarter decisions – with minimal guesswork and maximum impact.

Currently, regional and sub-regional data is available for the UK and South Africa only. Other regions will follow soon — let us know where to prioritise next!
