21st June 'Freedom Day' Delay

21st June 'Freedom Day' Delay

Last night, the government announced lockdown easing in England is to be delayed by four weeks. Dubbed 'Freedom Day', the 21st June was set to be the grand reopening of a nightlife industry that has shut it's doors for 15 months.

19th July is the proposed new date for when nightclubs across the UK will be able to open and operate without coronavirus rules such as social distancing in place.

If you are a event organiser with nightlife events planned between 21st June and 18th July, please get in touch with the team, if you haven't already spoken to your account manager, about help and support postponing or cancelling your event(s).

If you are a ticket buyer who has bought tickets on FIXR for an event happening before the 19th July, you will be contacted via email by the event organiser or us about how to transfer your ticket to a new date (if applicable) or get a refund.
